2. Ordering

Placing Orders: Orders can be placed online through our website, over the phone, or in person.

Order Confirmation: After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email or message. If you do not receive confirmation within 24 hours, please contact us.

Order Changes: Any changes to your order (e.g., delivery address, bouquet changes) must be communicated at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery. Changes are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
3. Delivery Policy

Delivery Area: We deliver flowers within Bristol and Bath only. If you are outside this area, please contact us to discuss potential special arrangements.

Delivery Times: Deliveries are typically made between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM from Monday to Saturday. We do not deliver on Sundays, except for special occasions (e.g., Mother’s Day).

Same-Day Delivery: Same-day delivery is available if the order is placed before 12:00 PM. Orders placed after this time may be scheduled for the next business day.

Delivery Fees: Delivery charges depend on the location. Fees will be clearly displayed at checkout.

Failed Deliveries: If the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, our driver will attempt to leave the flowers with a neighbor or in a safe location. If this is not possible, we will contact you to arrange redelivery, which may incur an additional fee.

Product Variations: Due to seasonal availability and the nature of flowers, we cannot guarantee that all floral arrangements will exactly match the images shown on our website. We reserve the right to substitute flowers with similar ones of equal or greater value if necessary.

Allergies: It is your responsibility to inform us of any known allergies of the recipient when placing an order. Flowers by Alla is not liable for any allergic reactions caused by flowers or plants delivered.

Care Instructions: We provide care instructions with all flower deliveries. Failure to follow these instructions may affect the longevity of your flowers, for which we cannot be held responsible.
5. Pricing and Payment

Pricing: All prices listed on our website and in-store are in GBP (£) and inclusive of VAT. We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice, but any changes will not affect confirmed orders.

Payment Methods: We accept payments via credit card, debit card, PayPal, and other specified online payment methods. Payments must be made in full at the time of ordering.

Refunds and Cancellations:

Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery will receive a full refund.

Orders canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled delivery will incur a cancellation fee of 25% of the total order value.

Refunds are not available for products that have been delivered unless there is a fault with the product, in which case we will consider a replacement or refund upon investigation.
